1. Essential cookies (always active)

Required for the site to function. Cannot be disabled.

• session — keeps you logged in (Flask-Login)
• remember_token — "remember me" 30 days
• user_lang — your language preference (es/en/pt)
• country_code — your country for streaming providers
• tz_offset — your timezone for dates
• csrf_token — form security
• Cloudflare cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) — bot protection and CDN

2. Analytics cookies (anonymous)

Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

• _ga, _ga_* — Google Analytics 4 (page views, devices, geography, no personal identification)

3. Advertising cookies (free tier only)

Used by Google AdSense to display advertising on the free version of the website. Premium users do not see advertising and no advertising cookies are loaded for them.

• IDE, DSID — DoubleClick (Google) ad measurement
• NID — Google general (ad personalization)

Your choices

You can:

• Reject non-essential cookies via the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.
• Opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
• Disable Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Manage cookies in your browser via its privacy settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge all allow blocking or deleting cookies).
• Subscribe to Premium to remove advertising and ad cookies entirely.

If you reject non-essential cookies, the site will still work — you just won't see personalized ads or be counted in our anonymous analytics.

Mobile apps

The Filmxora iOS and Android native apps do not use browser cookies but they do use equivalent technologies (UserDefaults / SharedPreferences) to store session, language and country. The apps also include AdMob (Google) on the free tier with the same opt-out option via your device advertising settings.

Children

Filmxora is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Updates

We may update this Cookies Policy when we add new tools or comply with new regulations. We will publish the new version at this URL and update the "last updated" date.
