1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Filmxora ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Filmxora is a platform for tracking movies and TV shows, writing reviews, creating playlists and discovering new content. The Service is available via web browser and mobile applications.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, playlists, comments). By posting content, you grant Filmxora a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. You agree not to post:

• Spam, advertising or promotional content
• Offensive, hateful or discriminatory content
• Content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Malicious links or code

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

5. Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available through paid subscriptions processed via MercadoPago.
• Prices are displayed in the local currency at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions may be monthly, yearly or lifetime.
• Refunds are handled according to MercadoPago's refund policy.
• We reserve the right to modify Premium features and pricing with prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Impersonate other users or entities

7. Third-Party Services

Filmxora uses data from The Movie Database (TMDB) and other third-party APIs. Movie and TV show information, posters and images are provided by their respective owners. Filmxora is not affiliated with any movie studio or streaming service.

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party content data.

10. Limitation of Liability

Filmxora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
