Teenage girls can be vicious, and even more so in the uncensored online world of the pro-eating disorder community. Chase is a die-hard fan of blogger Hannahrexia889. Hannah's methods may be harsh, but to these partners on a quest for perfection, "skinny is always worth it." While these girls only know each other online, their partnership in starving is strong. The two get closer, in a dysfunctional relationship that culminates in a disastrous night of antics in the city. Chase must realize that her social media celebrity idol Hannah is not really as strong as she seems online.
