After numerous expeditions to parts of the world far from Europe, this question arises for the artist group Mangan25. Among other places, they followed in the footsteps of explorer Ludwig Leichhardt in Australia and North America. Their encounters with indigenous peoples in these regions also reveal traumatic events and colonial upheavals.
