Blair (Kayley Gunner) is married to successful plastic surgeon Dr. Max Mayer (Mick Blue). They appear to have the perfect relationship with the best of everything; Blair is his muse, a showcase of his finest work. But beneath the surface, she has the nagging feeling that she’s missing something and is unaware of her husband’s affair with his receptionist Lila (Isa Bella).
