Four students majoring in nutrition, Tristan, Denisa, Reno, and Sigit, carried out field research in Kampung Tenung, a remote hamlet. They were allowed to stay overnight in a rickety hut belonging to Mak Summa, an old widow who lives alone with her daughter who was born with a serious mental disorder. Everything turns into a nightmare when Tristan and Reno commit despicable acts against the helpless Nini.
