Ilana Garrard

Ilana Garrard is a Camera and Steadicam Operator based in London with over a decade of experience across film and television. Her passion for camera operation has led her to work on a wide range of productions, earning her recognition within the industry. In 2020, she became a full member of the ACO (Association of Camera Operators) and later joined its Board of Directors. She helped shape the organisation's initiatives and oversaw workshops and events. The following year, she was honoured with the Women in Film and TV "Craft Award" for her contributions to the field. Also, in 2021, Ilana made history as the first woman to be invited to join the British Society of Cinematographers (BSC) as an associate member.
