Leo Lätti (born June 9, 1957 in Tallinn) is a cartoonist and multiplier.
Leo Lätti studied art education at Tallinn 22nd Secondary School and Tallinn Pedagogical Institute. In 1982, alongside his studies, he managed to become an animator for Rein Raamat's animated film "Hell" (1983). "Hell" was later followed by the first part of "Naksitrallid". Since Edgar Valteri quit during the making of the second part, Leo Lätti was taken in his place. He has also drawn in cartoons by Priit Pärn and many other artists. As a director, screenwriter and artist, he has completed the animated film "Winter Day" (1991). Worked at Tallinnfilm, Eesti Joonisfilm, Nukufilm, Nukufilm Children's Studio and A-Film.
Between 1994 and 1997, his cartoon series "Minister Tihu" was published on Mondays, whose prototype was the prime minister of that time, Mart Laar. Freelancer since 2006. Has drawn caricatures in various publications and illustrated books around the world. Also participated in several feature films as a storyboard artist.
