Moacir Fenelon de Miranda Henriques (Patrocínio do Muriaé, November 5, 1903 – Rio de Janeiro, August 14, 1953), better known as Moacyr Fenelon, was a Brazilian filmmaker and producer, a member of the Portuguese-Brazilian Miranda Henriques family.
He was one of the founders of Atlântida Cinematográfica (along with José Carlos Burle). He stood out as an important advocate for Brazilian cinema. His first films, É proibir (It's Forbidden to Dream) (1943), Gente Honesta (1944), and Vidas Solidárias (1945), reveal a social concern and realism rare at the time. In 1946, he directed Sob a Luz do Meu Bairro (Under the Light of My Neighborhood). In 1952, he directed Tudo Azul (All Blue), considered his best film, produced at Flama Filmes, which he owned.
