Fumiko Orikasa (折笠 富美子 Orikasa Fumiko?, Taito-shi, 27 de diciembre de 1974) es una seiyū y cantante japonesa. Es representada por la Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. Ha sido la voz de Rukia Kuchiki en Bleach, Meyrin Hawke en Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Destiny, Chun-Li en Street Fighter, Kanade Minamino. /Cure Rhythm en Suite PreCure, Lotte Yanson en Little Witch Academia y Riza Hawkeye en Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, entre muchas otras más.
