Hikaru Nanjo (南條 ひかる, Nanjō Hikaru, December 26) is a Japanese voice actress from Chiba Prefecture who is affiliated with Clair. Her role as Paglia Respighi in Battle Athletes Victory ReSTART! was her debut in a TV anime.
