Heljo Talts

Heljo Talts (February 27, 1927 – March 31, 2010) was an Estonian costume designer. She graduated from the Estonian SSR State Institute of Arts in 1952 as a graphic artist. Worked as a costume designer at Tallinnfilm from 1952 to 1966.
