在三角星云世界里，三个地区的星国联合举办了舞会，铃鼓星国的王子被安排在舞会中选择未来的新娘，他必须要在彗星公主或是流星公主两人之间择一位。不过王子决定逃离这一切，到地球流浪，两位公主便带她们各自的宠物，追随王子到地球。 懂得使用星之魔法的彗星，以及她的宠物小波波到达地球后，对环境并不熟识，幸好交到好朋友双胞胎藤吉刚和藤吉宁宁，只有四岁的两人是计算机高手，经常帮助彗星公主。另一方面，流星以及她的宠物默克（毛毛）也在地球寻找王子。在地球上，彗星将会学到很多道理，并且慢慢地成长……
